Solvé Creative Studio is a website design studio owned and operated by Mellanie T. Grier in Georgia. In this policy, "I," "me," and "my" mean Solvé Creative Studio, and "you" means anyone who visits solvecreativestudio.com or works with me. This policy explains what information I collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information you give me
- Client intake form. When you fill out my intake form, I collect what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, business details, and information about your project.
- Emails and messages. When you contact me, I keep your message and contact details so I can reply.
- Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. I receive confirmation of your payment, your name, and your email, but I never see or store your full card number.
- Client portal. If you are a current client, your account information is stored in my client portal so we can manage your project.
Information collected automatically
- Google Analytics. I use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site, such as pages viewed, time on site, device type, general location, and how you arrived. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
- Microsoft Clarity. I use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors interact with this site through heatmaps and session recordings of clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement. Clarity is designed to hide what you type into form fields. Clarity uses cookies and similar technology.
- Hosting. My website host may automatically log basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of your visit, to keep the site secure and running.
- Previews of other sites. This site shows live previews of websites I have built. Those websites load from their own servers and may collect information under their own policies.
How I use your information
- To respond to you and provide the services you request
- To send quotes, invoices, receipts, and project updates
- To understand how this site is used and make it better
- To protect this site and my business from fraud and misuse
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
How I share your information
I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with the service providers that help me run my business, such as my website host, form and client portal providers, Stripe, Google, and Microsoft, and only as needed for them to provide their services to me. I may also share information if the law requires it or to protect my rights or the safety of others.
Your choices
Keeping your information
I keep your information only as long as I need it for the purposes described here, including keeping records required for tax and accounting.
Security
I use trusted providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children
This site and my services are for adults and businesses. I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under your state's law. To make a request, email support@solvecreativestudio.com.
Changes to this policy
If I update this policy, I will post the new version here with a new effective date.

These terms apply to your use of solvecreativestudio.com and to the services you purchase from Solvé Creative Studio. By using this site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
Using this site
You may use this site to learn about my services and to contact or hire me. Please do not misuse it, including trying to break into it, disrupt it, copy it, or use it for anything unlawful.
My content
The design, writing, logo, photos, video, and other content on this site belong to Solvé Creative Studio or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without my written permission. Websites shown in the Studio Brands section belong to their respective brands.
Services and pricing
The services described on this site are a general overview, not a price list or a binding offer. Pricing for website design, development, hosting and care, automation, AI integrations, and every other service is set by Solvé Creative Studio and may vary based on project scope, complexity, and deliverables.
- The Grand Entrance is a one-page website offer.
- The Main Event is a full business website offer of up to five pages.
- Projects beyond a standard offer, such as additional pages, advanced custom development, or AI integrations, are quoted individually.
The price, scope, deliverables, and timeline of your project are the ones shown in the applicable offer, proposal, agreement, invoice, or checkout at the time of purchase. All prices are in US dollars.
Changes to pricing and packages
I may change my pricing and service packages for future purchases at any time. Those changes do not affect pricing already agreed in an existing proposal, agreement, invoice, or checkout, except as that agreement or applicable law allows.
Payments
- Prebuilt website designs. If you purchase and claim a completed website design I have prepared, payment is due when you accept or claim it, according to the checkout terms.
- Standard packages (The Grand Entrance and The Main Event). Payment is due when you claim your completed preview, through the secure Stripe checkout. You may receive payment reminders by email or text.
- Projects beyond a standard offer. The standard arrangement is 50% of the project price before work begins and the remaining 50% before launch, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Installments. At my discretion, I may offer payment in up to three installments.
All specific amounts, payment milestones, and installment terms are documented in your proposal, agreement, invoice, or checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Refunds on website builds
Website builds are non-refundable. Your website is created from the information you provide in your intake form, and work begins as soon as I receive it. In extreme circumstances, I will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis at my discretion. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable law.
Hosting and care (The Encore)
Every website developed by Solvé Creative Studio requires an active subscription to The Encore, my ongoing website hosting and management service.
- There is no complimentary hosting period. Recurring billing begins when your website goes live.
- The Encore includes hosting, routine maintenance, and up to 5 minor content updates per month.
- The Encore does not include unlimited revisions, redesigns, new pages, or major development. Those services are quoted separately.
Canceling The Encore and leaving Solvé
The Encore is required at launch, but you are not locked in.
- You may cancel The Encore at any time. Hosting stays active through the end of your paid billing period, and your website goes offline after that period ends.
- Voluntary cancellations do not receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of a billing period, subject to applicable law.
- When you leave, I will provide a professional exit process. You keep your domain and the content you provided.
- What can be transferred, and any migration assistance, depends on the capabilities of the platform and our written agreement. Additional migration work may be quoted separately.
Your part of the project
- Provide the content, information, and feedback your project needs in a timely way. Delays on your side may extend the timeline.
- Make sure you have the right to use any logos, photos, text, or other materials you send me.
- Review your website before launch. Once you approve it, you are responsible for the accuracy of its content.
Ownership and license
What you own. You keep ownership of the business name, logos, photos, text, and other content you provide to me, and of your domain name when it is registered in your name.
What Solvé Creative Studio and its providers keep. The design system, code, templates, reusable components, tools, and hosting platform and infrastructure used to build and run your website remain the property of Solvé Creative Studio or its providers.
Your right to use your website. While your project is paid as agreed and your Encore subscription is active, you have the right to use your website as delivered. My design system, code, templates, and platform infrastructure are not transferred to you unless we agree otherwise in writing. If you leave, transferable items are handled as described in "Canceling The Encore and leaving Solvé."
Portfolio
I may show your finished website in my portfolio and marketing unless you ask me in writing not to.
Third-party services
Your website and my services rely on third-party providers, such as hosting, forms, payment processing, and analytics. Their own terms apply, and I am not responsible for their outages or changes.
No guarantees of results
I design every website to look great and work well, but I cannot guarantee specific results such as search rankings, traffic, leads, or sales. This site and my services are provided "as is," to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Solvé Creative Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. My total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me for the service the claim is about.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Changes to these terms
If I update these terms, I will post the new version here with a new effective date.

Fulfillment Policy

This policy explains what you receive when you purchase from Solvé Creative Studio and how your service is delivered.
What I offer
- The Grand Entrance (Site Build). A signature one-page website experience: a custom, professionally designed website built to make your business stand out, establish credibility, and turn visitors into opportunities.
- The Main Event (Full Business Website). A multi-page website of up to five pages, with more room to show what your business is made of.
- The Encore (Website Hosting & Care). Your website's home behind the scenes, with hosting, routine maintenance, and up to 5 minor content updates per month. The Encore is required for every website I build.
- Projects beyond a standard offer. Additional pages, advanced custom development, AI integrations, and other services, quoted individually based on scope, complexity, and deliverables.
Pricing for each offer is shown at checkout or in your proposal, agreement, or invoice, and may vary based on project scope. All prices are in US dollars. Payment arrangements are described in the Terms of Service.
How your service is delivered
- Prebuilt website designs. After you claim and pay for a completed website design, you will receive a confirmation, and I will follow up with the next steps to launch your website.
- The Grand Entrance and The Main Event. These standard packages launch within 48 hours of first contact when you provide your intake information and assets up front, respond promptly to your preview, and complete payment when you claim your site through Stripe. Final design approval happens within that 48-hour process.
- Projects beyond a standard offer. Work begins after your first payment and once I have your intake information and content. Your timeline is stated in your proposal or agreement.
- Launch and hosting. Your website is delivered as a live website hosted through The Encore. Recurring billing for The Encore begins when your website goes live.
Refunds and cancellations
Website builds are non-refundable, because each website is created from the information you provide in your intake form. In extreme circumstances, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel The Encore at any time. Hosting stays active through the end of your paid billing period, and voluntary cancellations do not receive a prorated refund for the unused portion, subject to applicable law.
